Spindle System:
The spindle is engineered with original NSK double-row cylindrical roller bearings, delivering exceptional rigidity and minimal runout. It offers precise indexing capability and supports high-speed precision machining through its high spindle speed capacity, complemented by a large hollow chuck with an A2-type nose for reliable workpiece clamping.
Motion Control:
The machine employs Japanese THK high-precision ball screws and linear roller guides to ensure smooth and accurate movement across all axes.
