Key Features
Lubrication System
The spindle bearing adopts lubricating grease from the American Exxon Company. The X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis guide pairs and ball screws are lubricated with thin oil at fixed times and quantities, and are equipped with liquid level low-level alarm function.
Machine Tool Protection
(1) The X, Y, Z axis guides are protected by stainless steel telescopic protective covers.
(2) The X, Y, Z axis feed mechanisms are all equipped with mechanical full collision avoidance devices.
(3) The machine tool adopts full enclosure protection
(4) The main motor and servo motors of each axis are equipped with overload and overheating electrical protection functions; each axis feed mechanism is equipped with travel limit control devices to ensure the safety and reliability of the machine tool.
(5) The machine tool is equipped with work lights and work indicator lights.
(6) All moving pipelines are fully routed in drag chains.
(7) It has multiple monitoring functions: the current, voltage, feed speed, spindle speed of each axis can be monitored from the MMC operation interface; the system has machine tool alarm and status recording functions, which can conveniently analyze faults and monitor machine tool operation.
