1.It is a modular, high-speed, 5-axis mobile top gantry machine specifically designed for precision machining of industrial products in a variety of materials, ranging from steel and cast iron, to aluminum, plastics, and composite materials.
2.The crossbar houses the vertical Z ram with a single 5-axis head or, alternatively, with a headchanging platform for accommodating multiple heads.
3.Linear axis movements are driven by dual transmissions and motors acting on rack and pinion kinematics; double on the X axis (gantry) and single on the Y and Z axes.
