Key Technical Features
1.Modular X-axis with optional dual-motor preloaded rack & pinion drive
Adopts modular X-axis design for flexible stroke customization. Customers may optionally equip rack-and-pinion transmission with a twin-motor preload system, which eliminates backlash automatically during bidirectional movement. It guarantees exceptional rigidity and consistent positioning accuracy under heavy-duty long-travel cutting.
2.High-efficiency machining of large dies
Optimized mechanical architecture is specially tuned for heavy cutting of large molds and oversized components. Excellent vibration suppression delivers high metal removal rate in roughing and superior surface finish in finishing, significantly shortening total machining cycle time for large workpieces.
3.Ultra-large working range within compact machine footprint
A single workpiece clamping operation unlocks the extensive working area usually exclusive to much larger gantry machines. Multiple re-fixturing, re-alignment and secondary setup processes are eliminated, minimizing cumulative clamping errors and drastically reducing non-cutting auxiliary time.

1. Precision machining of critical components
Aerospace components (such as turbine blades, blade discs, and engine casings) have extremely high requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. CNC machine tools achieve the machining of complex geometric shapes through multi-axis interpolation and micron-level precision control.
Airframe structural components: Large gantry-type five-axis machine tools can machine structural components such as aircraft wings and tail fins, completing multi-surface machining in a single setup to reduce error accumulation.
