The truss-type one-to-one manipulator is a high-efficiency automated equipment specially designed for the automatic loading and unloading scenarios of CNC lathes. Relying on its stable structure, precise control and flexible adaptability, it can significantly improve the automation level and production efficiency of CNC lathe processing, reduce the cost of manual intervention, and is suitable for the automated processing procedures of various workpieces such as gear shafts, valve sleeves, pistons, and input shafts.
The equipment can realize a complete automatic cycle of "taking blanks from the magazine - loading and processing on the CNC lathe - taking out finished products - placing finished products back into the magazine". It does not require frequent manual intervention, greatly improves the continuity of processing, avoids manual operation errors, and ensures the stability of processing quality.
It supports three magazine types: array magazine (suitable for 2 gear shafts), roller magazine (suitable for 4 valve sleeves and 4 pistons), and elevator magazine (suitable for 2 gear shafts and 5 input shafts). The corresponding magazine can be flexibly selected according to the type of processed workpiece to meet diverse production needs.

Gear Shaft Machining: It accurately grabs the gear shaft blanks and performs loading/unloading for the lathe, avoiding positioning deviations caused by manual operations and improving the consistency of gear shaft machining accuracy.
Input Shaft Machining: It stably grabs the input shaft to avoid scratching the shaft surface, shortens the loading/unloading time, and prevents machining accuracy deviations of the input shaft.
