The truss-type one-to-one automated manipulator is a high-efficiency equipment specially designed for automated CNC lathe loading/unloading scenarios. Relying on its stable structure, precise control, and flexible adaptability, it can significantly improve the automation level and production efficiency of CNC lathe processing, enabling unmanned CNC lathe operation, reducing the cost of manual intervention, and supporting CNC lathe workpiece automation for various components such as gear shafts, valve sleeves, pistons, and input shafts.
The equipment achieves a complete automatic cycle: taking blanks from the magazine → loading and processing on the CNC lathe → removing finished products → placing them back into the magazine. It does not require frequent manual intervention, greatly improving processing continuity, avoiding manual errors, and ensuring consistent quality in precision CNC lathe automation.
It supports three types of material boxes: array-type, roller-type, and lifting-type. The appropriate box can be selected according to the workpiece type, meeting diverse production requirements for automated machining for shafts and valve components.

Gear Shaft Machining: It accurately grabs the gear shaft blanks and performs loading/unloading for the lathe, avoiding positioning deviations caused by manual operations and improving the consistency of gear shaft machining accuracy.
Input Shaft Machining: It stably grabs the input shaft to avoid scratching the shaft surface, shortens the loading/unloading time, and prevents machining accuracy deviations of the input shaft.
