Product Overview
The truss-type manipulator (one-to-two configuration) offers customized magazines that can be flexibly selected based on different workpiece types, such as gear shafts, valve sleeves, pistons, and input shafts. Operators only need to place blank workpieces into the magazine to start the automated process. The gripper uses a combined design of finger and rotary cylinders, fulfilling dual requirements of part gripping and internal tool change. Additionally, the entire system utilizes encapsulation technology, with magazine and manipulator integrated for production, transportation, installation, and commissioning—enabling rapid put-into-production for dual-station automated CNC lathe systems.

Dual-Machine Collaboration for Efficient Adaptation to Two Lathes
Designed specifically for synchronous automatic loading and unloading of two CNC lathes, it adopts a "one manipulator corresponding to two machine tools" configuration to realize one-to-two CNC lathe automation. Without additional equipment investment, it can simultaneously meet the continuous processing needs of two lathes, significantly improving capacity density and adapting to the efficient operation requirements of high-efficiency multi-lathe CNC automation in mass production scenarios.
Stable Structure with Accurate and Reliable Positioning
The manipulator adopts a split design from the lathes. The main beam is driven by a servo motor with gear rack + dual guide rail mechanism, combined with AC servo motor, high-precision gear rack, and linear guide. Fixed and integrated with the lathes, it balances dual-station switching stability and maintains precision automated CNC lathe for shafts and valves, avoiding positioning deviations and ensuring reliable loading/unloading.
Unmanned Operation
The entire system supports unmanned CNC lathe dual loading/unloading, allowing lights-out production while maintaining consistent machining quality across two lathes simultaneously.
