This articulated robot is specifically designed for automatic loading and unloading of CNC lathes. It is suitable for processing of various parts , and can be equipped with an upper-lower alternating material warehouse and a flipping mechanism to realize the full-process automated operation from blank grabbing, machine tool material changing to finished product unloading.
It boasts excellent repeat positioning accuracy, with both the X-axis and Z-axis precisely controlled within a range of ±0.05mm. This enables it to accurately perform key operations such as part grabbing and machine tool material changing, effectively avoiding processing errors caused by positioning deviations and ensuring the consistency of part dimensions and processing quality in mass production.
The robotic arm adopts an independent structural layout, with low dependence on the main body of the machine tool. No complex modification of the machine tool is needed during installation, which greatly reduces the impact on existing production equipment. Meanwhile, integrated packaging technology is applied, enabling an integrated process from production and transportation to on-site installation and commissioning. This shortens the customer's on-site commissioning cycle and allows the robot to be quickly put into practical production.
It is equipped with a dual-combination actuator consisting of a finger cylinder and a rotating cylinder, which can flexibly complete part grabbing and in-machine material changing operations. Combined with an upper-lower alternating material warehouse, it realizes automatic blank supply and classified collection of finished products. Throughout the entire operation process, only regular manual replenishment of blanks and removal of finished products are required, which significantly reduces the repetitive operations of manual feeding and unloading, and lowers labor costs as well as the risks of human operation.
